2 PROVISION OF THE WEBSITE AND HOSTING
Our website is created and provided using Wix. The service provider is Wix.com Ltd., 5 Yunitsman Street, Tel Aviv, Israel.
When you access the website, technically necessary connection and device data is processed. This includes, in particular, your IP address, the date and time of access, the pages visited, and information about your browser and operating system.
The processing serves to deliver the website, ensure stable operation, and detect and prevent disruptions and misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable provision of our website.
Wix processes data as a processor for the purpose of providing our website and uses additional service providers for this purpose.
Further information on data processing by Wix can be found in the Wix Privacy Policy.
3 DATA PROCESSING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
When using Wix, personal data may be processed in Israel and in other countries outside the European Economic Area, particularly the United States.
The European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for Israel. For other transfers, Wix relies on the applicable transfer mechanisms, in particular adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Details of the safeguards used and the Standard Contractual Clauses are available in Wix’s data protection agreements. You may also contact us for further information.
4 COOKIES AND CONSENT SETTINGS
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files that are stored on your device.
Technically necessary cookies are used to ensure the secure operation of the website and to store your privacy settings. Where they are strictly necessary to provide the functions you have requested, they are used without consent in accordance with Section 165(3) TKG 2021. The associated processing of personal data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website.
We only use cookies for visitor analytics with your consent. The legal bases are Section 165(3) TKG 2021 and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You can accept or reject optional cookies via our cookie banner. You can change your decision at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link on our website and withdraw your consent with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.
Information about the cookies used, their providers, purposes, and retention periods can be found in the Cookie Settings. Session cookies are deleted at the end of the session; other cookies remain stored until the end of their stated retention period or until they are deleted.
5 VISITOR ANALYTICS WITH WIX ANALYTICS
We use Wix Analytics to statistically evaluate the use of our website and improve our content.
This may involve processing information such as the pages visited, the duration and time of a visit, interactions, traffic sources, and device and browser characteristics. Cookies or similar identifiers may be used to recognize repeat visits.
Visitor analytics requiring consent are only activated once you have given your consent via the cookie banner. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie Settings.”
The recipient of the data is Wix as the provider of the analytics function. For possible transfers to third countries, the information in Section 3 applies.
6 CONTACT BY EMAIL OR PHONE
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, the content of your message, and any documents you submit.
If your enquiry relates to the preparation or performance of a contract, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in responding to incoming enquiries.
We use IONOS to provide our email mailboxes. In this context, email addresses, message content, attachments, and technical transmission data are processed by the email service provider.
Providing your information is voluntary. Without the contact details and content required to process your enquiry, we may not be able to respond to it.
7 Speicherdauer
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose.
For contact enquiries, the retention period depends on the processing of the enquiry and any follow-up questions. Where statutory retention obligations apply, or where data is required for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, the relevant data will be retained for a correspondingly longer period.
Technical operational data is processed for as long as necessary to ensure secure operation, analyse errors, and investigate security incidents.
Personally identifiable analytics data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. It is then deleted or anonymised in such a way that it can no longer be linked to an individual. The lifetime of a cookie is separate from the retention period of data already collected.
